Faster option: if you still have the app installed, open
Settings → Delete My Data. That erases everything immediately, with no
waiting and no need to prove who you are.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (if you signed in).
- Your credit wallet and its full history. Unused credits are lost.
- Every generation stored on our servers: the analysis data sent from your device,
prompts, generated titles/descriptions/tags, and thumbnails.
What we keep, and why
- Purchase records — tax and accounting law requires us to keep these
(typically 7 years). They are detached from your identity where possible.
- A one-way hash of your device identifier — so a deleted account can't
be used to claim the free bonus credits over and over. It cannot be reversed into your device
id and identifies nothing else about you.
Anything stored only on your phone (your local history) is not covered by this form —
delete it in the app, or uninstall the app, and it's gone.
