VidReady AI — Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

These Terms are a contract between you and Mtad (“we”, “us”) covering your use of the VidReady AI mobile app and backend service (together, “the Service”). By installing or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are, and that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

2. What the Service does

VidReady AI analyses a video you select on your device and generates suggested SEO metadata — a title, description, tags — and an AI thumbnail image. Your video is prepared on your device; only a small amount of analysis data derived from it is sent to our servers and on to our AI provider to produce the result. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent, stored and for how long.

3. Accounts

You can use the Service without an account. Signing in (Google or email/password) is optional and exists so your credits survive re-installs and follow you across devices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@mtad.in if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Credits, subscriptions and payment

5. Refunds and cancellation

Purchases are handled by Google Play, so Google’s refund policy applies and refund requests generally go through Google. Cancel a subscription any time in Google Play; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Nothing here removes any statutory cancellation or refund right you have as a consumer.

If a generation fails through a fault on our side, the credits charged for it are refunded to your balance automatically.

6. Your content

You keep all rights in the videos you analyse and the analysis data derived from them (“Your Content”). You grant us only the limited licence needed to run the Service: to transmit, process and store Your Content so we can generate your result, support you, and prevent abuse — for as long as the Privacy Policy says we keep it, and no longer.

You confirm that you have the rights to the videos you submit, and that submitting them does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break any law. Do not submit videos containing other people’s personal information without a lawful basis for doing so.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and our AI provider does not use API data to train its models by default.

7. AI output — what you get and what you must check

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change. The Service depends on third parties (Google Play, our AI provider, our host) and may be unavailable during outages or maintenance.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data from Settings → Delete My Data or via our deletion form. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we must do so by law. If we terminate your access without cause, we will refund any unused paid credits you hold.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any guarantee or right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — including anything arising from your reliance on AI output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction — except that consumers may bring claims in the courts of their own country of residence where mandatory law gives them that right.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
